Welcome to MyColorElf. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://mycolorelf.com and the products and services we provide through MyColorElf.

By accessing or using MyColorElf, you agree to these Terms.

1. What MyColorElf provides

MyColorElf is an AI-powered service that helps users generate, save, download, and manage printable coloring pages and related creative assets.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep that information up to date.

3. Credits, subscriptions, and billing

MyColorElf uses a credit-based system for certain features, including image generation.

Paid plans include a monthly credit allocation. Free accounts may receive a smaller replenishing credit balance. Credits may be consumed when you generate images or use other metered features.

Existing paying customers may keep the credit allocation associated with their current paid plan while they remain on that same plan. New subscriptions, re-subscriptions, and plan changes are subject to the pricing and credit limits shown at the time of purchase.

Subscription fees are billed in advance through our payment provider. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. We may change pricing or plan limits prospectively. Changes will not retroactively reduce any grandfathered allocation already assigned to an existing paid customer on their current plan.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use MyColorElf to create, upload, request, or distribute unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or harmful content. You may not attempt to interfere with the service, misuse other users' accounts, or bypass plan limits or access controls.

5. Intellectual property and generated content

You retain rights you may have in your prompts and, subject to applicable law and third-party provider terms, may use the generated content you create through MyColorElf in accordance with your plan rights, including any commercial-use rights included with your subscription.

You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts, uploads, and downstream use of generated content do not violate third-party rights, applicable law, or platform rules.

6. Third-party services

MyColorElf relies on third-party providers for payments, hosting, analytics, authentication, storage, and AI generation. Service availability and certain functionality may depend on those providers.

7. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that outputs will always be accurate, suitable, or error-free.

8. Refunds

Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees are generally non-refundable once paid. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review the issue.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyColorElf is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to MyColorElf if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the service, our users, or third parties.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction from which MyColorElf operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
